I had critters in between the vinyl siding and the house. I called critter control and they came out right away and sealed and netted every possible entry point while leaving 2 escape doors for the critters to exit and not enter again. I watched a chipmunk, a red squirrel, a brown squirrel, and a rat exit the trap doors. When I was sure all critters were out of the house, I called them to seal the escape doors. I then had a new roof installed by ******. ******* did a terrible job, so I called Critter Control. Critter Control did an excellent job finishing the roof that Infinity Home Improvement left undone. Critter Control sealed and finished the gaps in the roof that were big enough to let squirrels in the house. If you are unfortunate to have used Infinity Home Improvement for your roof, I highly recommend calling Critter Control to inspect and finish the job! Critter Control takes before and after pictures of their work to show just how honest and great a job they have done!

My initial call to Critter Control was in the summer regarding wasps, bees and stink bugs. They got rid of the bees and wasps by spraying and sealing gaps in siding. They also covered some vents. Fall came and so did stink bugs. I called Critter Control under the 12-month warranty and was told they don't cover stink bugs--that their sister company Orkin does. Why did they charge to cover the vents if they say they were only treating wasps an bees? The vent covers don't stop insects from entering the home. I should have read the contract more thoroughly, and the company should have been honest up-front and stated that they were only dealing with the stinging insects. Also, the two representatives gave different price quotes and all costs had increased by the time I was asked to sign the contract.Critter Control of Grand Rapids

To clarify further, the covers installed on your utility vents were preventative measures recommended to exclude birds or other animals from your home.
