    I hired this company to run a waterline from my wellhead to the cabin and fix a leaking line at the wellhead, fill in the existing ditch as well as install heat tape to prevent freezing in the winter. The company representative and I discussed my expectations thoroughly. I was provided with a quote a short time later. I was assured that they would run the line, fill in the existing trench, fix the leak and run heat tape. On the day the work was completed, the company representative, another gentleman and a young man around 16 years old showed up to perform the job. I left for about 2 hours and returned to find the ditch still open. After several discussions over the phone, I was told that if I wanted the ditch filled in, it would cost me more money. I filled it myself. Then, upon turning the water on a short time later, I discovered the leak had not been repaired either. Again, after a few phone calls, they agreed to send someone out to repair it. They then proceeded to send me a bill in the amount of 245$. I tired to discuss the issues numerous times again over the phone. They eventually dropped the charge down to 73.50$. I paid the bill after several more discussions. However, this was all part of the original agreement and I should have never been charged for any of it. Furthermore, I filled the ditch in myself. This was also part of the original agreement. All in all, I am very dissatisfied with the service.
