      . All I needed was a windshield replaced because it was cracked and before it got too cold I wanted it fixed. Called and they said i had to bring it in for them to see. Ok, fine, scheduled the appointment for a Tuesday morning and was told 3-4 hours. This is my only vehicle so perfect, I work at 5pm so leaving me plenty of time to pick up and continue about my day. Then after the quote they said the had to charge me to put the camera back on and for the rain protection so a whopping 220$ just for that. At this point Im like ok its on there so it should be included because its how the manufacturer made the car so why wouldnt that standard in replacing it be extra. Ok. Whatever, I shouldve left then but it gets way worse, closing in on around 3pm I still havent heard anything and I call them, the receptionist said she didnt know and will call me back, well an hour later I finally get a call saying its not done, after a 9am drop off. They say that the camera that they were charging me to get put back on couldnt be put on because one guy that does it had not shown up. And Im just now getting a call? so now I have to Uber to and from work. Cant take my kids to school or pick them up the next day either, next day, I call again, still no communication and here we are 3pm again and this guy still hasnt shown up! Like ok how is any of this my problem? And how are you fixing this? Well the solution that was offered was to take it somewhere else for an additional 150$! The next morning! Then magically this guy shows up while ** on the phone furious that a 3 hour job is 3 days! Then they call and say its ready well at 5 oclock now Im again at work. So I go to pick it up the next day and they tried to charge me 370$! Im like no, I have the quote and I did not agree to that, they say well if you want your car thats what it is! Tried to say the guy can change his price whenever he wants, without my informed consent to proceed apparently and Unapologetic

      I know this is of little help, But I do apologize that the employee was not more apologetic about the situation that happened with the repairs to your vehicle.  Unfortunately the recalibrating of the camera in the windshield at this point is not a service that we offer although we are looking into options to perform the service.  Since we do not offer the service we are subject to an outside vendor to complete the service and cannot control when they might show up or how much they will charge since they are a mobile service they are traveling shop to shop reprograming vehicles and even if they say they will be here in the morning things happen to delay them from arriving so they can be a little late or might not be able to come that day?  He also quoted a price based on similar previous charges and unfortunately since they are in high demand and the software and hardware to perform these tasks is ever changing and increasing so are their prices.  Again my apologies for the employee I will deal with that. We are a family business that raised our family and live in Warren and value your business if you can ever see to it to give us another chance either for Collision or Auto Repair I will personally make sure that you are taken care of.  Please call me if I can help Thank you
