    Compr un vehculo por medio de Erepairables , un Kia ** 2013 para importarlo * *************** y ahora que necesito que me enven los documentos para importarlo * *************** no hay respuesta ni a mis llamadas ni correos ni tickes de soporte, siento que me han estafado Les pagu ** de 2 mil dlares y no hay respuesta solo ignoran mis llamadas y mensajes, ya pasaron muchos das y no es un tema leve es un vehculo y bastante dinero que voy a perder sino me resuelven

    I purchased a vehicle from their online auction. Prior to the purchase of the vehicle I paid for the available vehicle report sold on their website and nothing was out of the ordinary. I followed all the steps for payment, paid for pickup and signed all the paperwork. While waiting for everything to be finalized, I checked the vin number with the local DMV and State Troopers office and found no issues. I conducted a final search with ******************** and received a report about a lien holder from a previous owner. I contacted the lien holder and learned that the vehicle legally belongs to a lien holder in ********. I received a copy of a title with several signatures from parties who have no legal right to sell the vehicle. I spoke with the *********** and I am unable to register or receive a title for this vehicle, not even a bonded title because the vehicle belongs to a lien holder. I reached out to an erepariables representative and provided the lien holder information, but I was informed that the lien holder information was from ****************************************************************** despite all its discrepancies. I received two affidavits for the mistaken signatures on the title, but those hold no Merit when the vehicle could not be legally sold until the lien requirements were met. I did not pay very much for this car, however I work hard for everything that I have and I don't want to feel taken advantage of. I am stuck with a car that I can not legally drive. The Vin number to the car I am referring to is *****************.

    I wanted to personally make sure that I provide a follow up to my initial complaint. After looking at all aspects of this situation, I believe that the mishap was on the part of the old lien holder for failure to update the paperwork and not necessarily the fault of eRepairables. One of the owners of eRepairables (****) made sure that he personally contacted me and was very adamant and understanding about resolving this matter. I also would like to say a special thank you to ***** because she went over and beyond to make sure that I received everything I needed regarding the title, and keeping me informed the entire step of the way. I really believe that if I could have spoken with either **** or ***** on my original call, there would have been no reason to reach out to the BBB. I am honored to continue purchasing from ************ and I would refer their services to anyone who is looking for a reasonable means of purchasing a vehicle. The A+ rating for this company is certainly well deserved.

    11/11/2024 I transferred payment based on instructions given to the Erepairables. Total amount of $7400.00. Car was one at action with damage seen and describe in the description. What was not disclosed was the batter swap that was done. The battery had been removed prior to the sale as they claimed it started. This was not possible as the harness and program are different for a 24kv battery to the 62KV battery. This was the purpose of the purchase of the vehicle. I was aware of the harness in order to change the 62kv car and batter purchased to convert it to the older harness. I sent them pictures of the bolts that were not stock and the fact it was put under the skid cover. This was maliciously hidden and was not on any report that the battery was changed out or disclosed. I have ask the company ( Erepairables) for them to refund my expenses and as this takes longer I will have additional cost as this is sitting at my mechanics shop cost us daily space as this car will not connect to the battery. The manager after two days finally called on Friday 11/15 two days after I sent them an email and called to let them know of the fraudulent removal of the batter in the car. This was either done at the assesser when the car was inspected and estimated the cost to repair or at the the auction house. As the damage would not render the car inoperable. Thank you for your time in this matter ****** has provided a bill of Sale. No Further paperwork has been exchanged or signed off. ****************** (Listed as the Seller ********* Lot # ******** Vehicle 2021 ****** Leaf S PLU White VIN: ***************** I have sent them documentation and pictures if they require more I am happy to provide Requesting at this time $8119.00 As this is still held at my mechanics and the cost of holding and towing back to the yard.     I signed up with eRepairables four(4) years ago for a one year subscription. This was NOT a recurring charge. I canceled my subscription prior to the year end without a problem. I visited the website again (not subscribe) a three years ago (2021) and couldn't proceed to look at car and was asked to renew my membership in which I declined. In looking at my bank account in July 2024, ********************** had charged my card $199. I then searched the previous year (2023) and they had charged the same. I contacted customer service and they refunded my $199 for 2024 but not 2023. My complaint is that eRepairables was charging unsuspected previous members a recurring yearly fee. If a person fails to check their credit card charges this fee will continue on a yearly basis. This is a deceptive practice by using old subscribers information to charge without their consent.

    A week ago I tried to buy a salvage corvette from erepairables. They required a 700 deposit of 700 dollars which is 10 percent of the 7000 that I could bid. I have since found a better site and can not get repairable to refund my 700 dollars.

IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS. NO MONEY WAS RETURNED. NOTHING. IF MONEY WAS RETURNED TO THEM. THEY COULD EASILY SEND AN EMAIL ASKING TO VERIFY NOTHING HAPPENED. **** ARTIST. HOLDING YOUR MONEY A HOSTAGE.
