      Right from start of my first call I was impressed with the upbeat and friendliness of ***, the crew who came out to measure and crew who did work listened to what we wanted and did a beautiful job on our porch. We are both so happy and look forward to using our back porch for years. Thank all of yous. You will not be disappointed with this company. Highly recommended!!!

      I had some work done by this company less than 2 months ago. I paid $5500. for a concrete foundation to be installed for a 2-car garage. The measurements were supposed to be 20 x 20. What I received as a stab that measures out to be 19 X18 and to close to the property line to install a garage without adding the proper safety requirements to protect my neighbor's property from a fire. I reasoned these the customer service guy and the owner for over a month. Only to be told that I could pay an additional $4000,00 to have the work redone and possibly negotiate the price. I refused to pay an additional $4000,00 for a job that should have been done properly the first time and decided that it would be best to settle this in court.

      Mrs ******** The garage footing was already in location where we installed exactly what you were charged for. After pad was poured she said it wasnt the size she requested. I would have to dig an entirely new footing to allow for the garage size she wants. We have no problem in doing it but she wasnt charged for it. So a new estimate was sent. She declined felt it should be included.

      I was very happy with N & M Restoration. The management was great to work with. The guys doing the work were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend them for any of your patio or chimney projects.

      N&M did a wonderful job for us. The pavers looked great and the polymeric sand in the joints was perfect. We have unexpected rain just 4 hours after the job was done, and they came back a few days later and power washed again and reapplied the polymeric ******* part of the job, they removed about 6 feet of the pavers in front of our porch and releveled them. Overall it was an A+ job!!

      They did an awesome job....removed 3 glass block windows and bricked them in...hard workers....especially one of them, maybe *****?...shaven head, tattoos, worked like crazy on a hot day....super courteous, cleaned up the area which was a big job, didn't hurt the nearby plants/bushes. Would 100% recommend. Price seemed fair compared to some of the scummy gougers out there now quoting stupid prices because business is good.

      Quick professional and quality work. You cant ask for more.They realigned the brick above my back door. Replaced a slab on my driveway.replaced the walkway up to the porch. Replaced the sill under the front door and refaced the porch in within a week.The finished work looks great! I couldnt be happier.

      Excellent work (backyard walkway)!Only suggestion is company should work on better communication with workers, clients, and supervisors. There was a language barrier between laborer and client that caused some frustration on the clients' end and the need to reach out to supervisor for clarity on a frequent basis.Otherwise work was completed as scheduled and good great!Thanks!

      N&M Restoration was very responsive. They kept me updated on all changes and was able to facility the permitting process with the city. N&M overcame the difficulty of performing the front porch replacement right along a 4 lane road without interruption to traffic. The work was complete within schedule and it turned out beautifully.
