I purchased 2 iphones from this store a few months ago. One of them had major problems, I went in and they exchanged it within 30 days for free.The other one had an issue with the back glass easily breaking without major impact that would cause such a break normally. That is because all of the 8 magnets on the back side of the phone were missing when it was sold to me with an improperly replaced back glass.I was charged $90 to have the back glass replaced improperly, not being told the truth, that the magnets were missing on the back side that another store showed me and told me the back glass would continue to break without impact because of missing phone parts and improper install of the back glass.The 2nd time the back glass broke the store told me he would only charge $40 for the part and nothing for labor. he told me to drop off at 4pm and pick up at ****** 6pm i arrived and was told its not ready, to come back at ****** 7pm i arrived and was told not ready, and that it would be delivered to my home between *****pm that ******** was not delivered, the store did not any answer of my calls or texts all night.The next morning my calls & texts were again ignored. I stopped at the store, it was not even open at 11am when supposed to. i returned around 12:30 asking for my phone. my phone was given to me as half a phone, the entire back prt of my phone was gone. i asked for it back, they said they threw it away.i told them i lost $500 this morning from a business client because i did not have my phone. i asked for the part needed for repair so someone else could fix it, they said they dont even have one...i had to go to a different business and pay $100 to get it repaired. the business told me about the missing magnets, improper signs of damage to back of phone, 8 missing phone magnet peices, and that back piece will continue to break i am asking my $100 to be reimbursed from 2nd repair of defective phone sold to me, and $90 cash paid 1st repairBusiness Response

My name is ********** ******, and I am the Manager of Store Tech. We are committed to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. We would like to clarify the concerns raised in the complaint regarding the repair of the customer's phone.
The customer initially purchased a phone from our store and, after about a month, returned with a broken back glass. We repaired the device for $90.00. When the customer came back a second time with another broken back glass, we offered to charge only for the replacement parts ($40.00) and waive labor fees as a courtesy.
Regarding the repair timeline, our store informed the customer that the phone would be ready the next day at 5:00 PM. However, the customer arrived at 11:00 AM on next day and demanded the phone immediately, despite the repair not being completed yet. The phone was provided in its current state at that time upon the customer's request.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that no magnets or internal components were missing from the phone when the repair was performed. The phone was returned in working condition, and we cannot be responsible for damages caused after it leaves our store. Repeated drops or impacts may lead to further damage, but this is beyond our control.

I am rejecting this response because:The manager is lying he even told me he lives in my neighborhood, between dequindre road and *************** and just south of 16 mile road when he apologized when i returnd to store same day at 6pm after dropping my phone off that morning and being told it would b fixed by 6pm. I have witnesses that were with me and he has cameras in his store that can proove he is lying. He then said give me one more hour it will be ready at 7pm. upon return at 7pm he said he has to leav and close his entire store to go have a ramadan feast as he was fasting all day. he promised he would "personally" deliver my fixed phone to me that night by *****pm sinc he lives right in my neighborhood! I text him my address as he requested and went home. A witness named ***** was in store with me witnessing all of this.
This person is a chronic liar. He left me all day without my phone, and then all night without it too! I lost a business client because of this. If he does not povide me $190 I paid back for repairs to a poduct sold to me as defective, please tell him I will fil a civil claims law suit against him for a much higher amount including my income loss and emotional distress he caused.
I also have **** that magnets were missing and Device was sold to me defective from another store.
This store needs to be shut down and I am not a fool for anyone. There are shut down signa from the city/ state on his store that he is operating illegally.
There is very strong rumors in the area that he is selling cocaine and other drugs through this business.
He should really stop lying and resolve this like a real man not like a dumb child who will eventually be in jail for his childish games and illegal behaviors. He wont make in jail.

We are a reputable cellphone store operating in ******, ** for the past three years and have built our business on a commitment to outstanding customer service with very few complaints. In this case, we offered the customer an express service at a special rate as a courtesy for her previous purchases with us. Despite our best efforts to accommodate her request, she chose instead to pursue unfounded complaints and make misleading, defamatory statements.
The customer has alleged that we conduct illegal business and has made disparaging remarks towards our staff. Furthermore, she falsely claimed that our establishment is associated with the sale of illicit substances. We want to categorically state that not only are these allegations baseless, but they also greatly damage our reputation. We operate under full compliance with all local regulations, and any insinuation to the contrary is without merit.
Please note that we have video evidence and documented communications that clearly show her inaccurate representation of the events. It is our belief that these false claims appear to be an attempt to attain undeserved financial gain. As a responsible business, we are prepared to pursue legal action for defamation should it become necessary. Nonetheless, we remain committed to the complaint resolution process as administered by the BBB.

I am rejecting this response because:I request business to Show video evidence they have of 6pm and 7pm on 3-17-25. It will proove all my allegations of their destruction to my property and lies they told me and inconvenience they caused are true. They are lying about me, defaming me and stopped me from running my business on 3-17-25.
I want $0 because I am full of blessings! And I bet my bank account balance is higher than theirs.
What my community needs is them to move away. I have witnesses that do drugs with the person responding to you running that store and buying drugs out of this store.
All the professional wording they used in their response to the BBB can not mask the truth.
God will find a way to give me justice for the business I lost that day when they held my cell phone hostage and told me multiple times to keep returning to the store to pick it up that day and then laugh at my face in front of witnesses when I showed up for it.
BBB do whatever you think is right, but I am making sure the proper legal agencies will be stopping these muslim thugs from spreading drugs in my area and help legally provid me and other customers they screwed over justice.
