    As unprofessional as they come. As an interpreter in a call center for people who use sign language to communicate, I was attacked by whomever answered the phone because the deaf caller was taking too long to respond with answers. I told the gentlemen on the phone that I was just the interpreter and he needed to allow time for a response. His response was Ive dealt you guys many many times. You act like we have ***** minutes to take your call. Again, I reiterated I was just the interpreter. I dont assume anything. He put us on hold and then transferred us. IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME FOR A RESPONSE FROM SOMEONE WHO CANT HEAR, YOURE IN THE WRONG FIRLD AND SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

    Unfortunately this never transpired like this. And this particular "call center" person who lives out of state writes only bad reviews for numerous companies nothing ever positive ,so this is her track record. When interpreter's call us they immediately start a conversation like we have nothing else going on. There is never a start to the conversation like "Hi I have someone on the phone that has a question and I'm an interpreter" . That would be incredibly nice so we could move forward , what you failed to understand is on our side we have 3 other lines holding along with customers at our window so you leave us no other choice but to interrupt and put you on hold, wait your turn like the rest on our customers. We generally do not have this many calls at once but unfortunately we did at this time. Putting you on hold apparently didn't work for you. This was not an attack by any means it was 'Can you please wait your turn and we will be right with you"
