    Dates of Transaction: The initial date of transaction was November 5, 2022 w/ Oxium Softwares LLC (as they use several different names but same business) in the total amount of $212.00. The Business committed to provide computer/printer clean-up/ tune-up/optimize & boost speed maintenance for 1 Desktop Computer & 2 laptops as often as needed for 1 full year. The second date of transaction was January 11, 2023 w/ Reincarnation (same **** in total amount of $299.00. The Business committed to Lifetime Encryption for 1 Desktop Computer & 2 laptops. When I asked to show me this download he stated give it a day or two to upload successfully.The third & final date of transaction was March 19, 2023 w/ Axium Technologies (again...different name) in the total amount of $199.99. The Business committed to provide Cybersecurity (Network Firewall) to remove all infections, all errors/warnings, all junks, unwanted malicious files.Nature of ********* Services were never rendered. Software was never downloaded for ************************ & as for the monthly clean-up/tune-up the Company would clean only one laptop when I asked about cleaning the Desk & other lap they responded stating don't worry, they're all on the same network which made 0 sense. When I contacted Oxium/Reincarnation/Axium to resolve & inform them that the software was never downloaded, they only attempted to sell me additional products by which I hung the phone. Oxium/Reincarnation/Axium did contact me but left a voice message stating that they were so so so sorry & that they're not perfect.I never picked up to respond I just want my complete & total refund of $710.00 Thank you for any assistance you may offer.**************************** P.S. Payment was made using spouses card-***************************, w/ me as secondary user...you'll see it later on the uploaded documentation. Also seem to be unable to upload supporting documents will attempt to fax if possible.
