    Serra Buick Cadillac located in Washington MI. Sold me a **** vehicle roughly two years ago. During my first year driving the vehicle, parts of the engine broke down. ************ recommend Serra Buick Cadillac to replace the whole engine; however EasyCare Warranty sat on the claim for almost 6 months. Causing me to spend over $3k in rental fees. Furthermore ********* eventually approved the claim to fix the cylinder head of the engine. Two years later EasyCare Warranty denied my new claim for failed engine. In addition Serra Buick Cadillac mention it is nothing they can do to reverse the claim due to lack of maintenance. I provided all oil change receipts to the ****, Serra Buick Cadillac dealership and warranty company. I often keep maintenance up on my vehicles so I knew that was never the issue. I was accused of damaging my own car so that ********* Warranty would not fully cover the engine. My vehicle is covered under ********* highest warranty plan, therefore I never thought I would be robbed like this. Be aware!!! Serra Buick Cadillac will inform new customers they have the best cars. However my car was a lemon since purchase. Serra Buick Cadillac will inform new customers ********* is the best warranty plan for your vehicle. That is False and complete Fraud!For any customer who prefer to save money, hassle, rental car and legal fees, think wisely about Serra Buick Cadillac.
