      They refused to let is rent a truck. My mom was unable to physically come to their store to show ID. My brother and husband tried but they refused. My mom is oxygen tank and wheel chair bound and is unable to leave her home.

      Per Avis/Budget policy the customer picking up the ********************** must have a drivers license and credit card in their name. The customer did not come in for pickup, she sent two gentleman in with her credit card and their own licenses. They were given the option to rent the vehicle with their credit cards but both declined to do so. There are unfortunately no exceptions to the credit card policy and we were unable to complete the rental because of this.
