    Oak Electric does annual maintenance on our generator. They are always reliable, on time and professional in their work. Once in a while, I get advice on how to use it correctly and what I should look at during long power outages.

    Over the past few years their customer ********************** has deteriorated severely. They are uncaring and rude. Their emergency response is non existent unless you give them a promise of 300 + dollars. They are over priced. Most of the problem seems to center around their finance and invoicing ***** This is a completely unethical company putting out a lot of false community service claims.

    New Customer with Oak ********************. Technician called to come out and do an inspection as he did a couple of times prior without a fee.Technician called to say hes coming out for an inspection, when he finished an invoice was sent for 300+ dollars . No one from Oak electric informed us of this prior to him coming out. I informed the Customer ********************** ************ of this and she stated that the supervisor (******* # 2 ) would call me back . I called several times to speak with the supervisor but to no avail. Months later ******* # 1 calls asking for the invoice to be paid. I asked to speak to ******* # 2 still not available. Not understanding why a manager/ Supervisor will not return my call. What type of company is this!!!! Warning !!!! Not an ethical company
