  This company should be out of business with their shady tactics. I have used their service for several years. On August 1st I received a call from my sales ***resentative, inquiring if I would like to proceed with aeration and seeding. I was quoted roughly $1400.00. I told them its expensive and I dont think Ill be moving forward with this secondary service this year. To my dismay, they performed it anyway on 8/13/24 and billed my credit card $1242.00. I emailed my *** and stated that I did not give them approval to proceed and to refund the transaction. **************** contacted me the next day to say, they reviewed phone conversations between me and the *** from July and the only service I declined was for moles and bugs and that per the manager this is legitimate, and they will not be crediting me. I then spoke to the manager, and she reiterated what was said by the customer service ***. I told her to review the phone conversations again. In July, I declined this service for moles and bugs, however I spoke to the sales *** on August 1st and declined this service as well. Never heard back, go figure. I disputed the charge on my credit card directly. If this dispute doesnt go through, I will be taking them to small claims court and blasting them on social media. Several neighbors of mine also use their service and I will be collaborating with them also.

  Horrible Service. Tech's are awesome when or if you are scheduled by ***************** Product out/etc. or some other excuses coming from customer service. Including. We DON'T need your BUSINESS. Yard was not sprayed for the holidays. Always after the fact.

  They have been at our condo for the last year. The lawns have never looked worse. Every time they treat we end up with burnt dead spots. It's awful

  Do not hire these fraudsters. They misrepresent their services, they don't follow through on those services, the services they perform are done incorrectly and they will destroy your trees. In April 2023, I hired Lush Lawn, which also goes by Safari Tree, to spray my evergreens and to inject them with a chemical mixture to kill evergreen fungus. The first appointment, I watched them skip trees. The amount I was charged was based on the number of trees to be treated. Second appointment, I watched them again and this time they sprayed my fruit trees, which caused all birds to abandon their nests. At no point were they to do anything to my fruit trees. I called the business, spoke with the manager. The manager agreed they were wrong and Lush Lawn refunded one payment. Third appointment in June, I watched them incorrectly inject my trees. The injections are to go all the way around the tree truck, 4 inches apart. Again, trees were skipped, injections are on one side of the trees and the injections are too close together. A representative from the chemical supply company came out to my property and said the incorrect applications are putting too much chemical into one side of the trees. I was advised not to allow Lush Lawn to continue because they're destroying my trees. I called Lush Lawn and spoke with the manager on July 8. I explained my experience. I was then told that the treatments do not save trees, it just slows down the fungus spread. I told her this is NOT what I was told; otherwise, I would not have hired them. Their services and results were misrepresented. The manager agreed to terminate the contract; however, on July 26, Lush Lawn deducted $269.16 from my account without my permission and AFTER the contract was cancelled. Then they took another $269.16 from my checking account on August 27. I had to cancel my debit card to prevent additional theft.

  My experience was not good I used to used A & K ************ at my home they did great work. the owner retired and Lush Lawn bought the company. I prepaid for tree service from Lush Lawn for Aphids.They were paid to do three applications.The Aphids were never removed in fact they grew and took over my yard. the last treatment the next day they were alive and well. I don't think they were using any products at all. I purchased a spray bottle from the hardware store and I did more with a 16 ounce bottle then they did with gallons sprayed on the tree. I'm very upset and angry with the money I wasted with them. enough so that I'm taking the time to share my bad results with the public.**********************

  ?? NEVER USE "LUSH LAWN", EVEN IF THEY OFFER IT FOR FREE!!!!!I wanted more time to myself, so I decided to hire a company to fertilize and keep my lawn green, first time ever. I always had one of the greenest lawns in the block. I hired "Lush Lawn". HUGE Mistake!! Should have read all reviews first: And I would have seen countless horrible bad reviews, on many social media platforms, about them being so awful, and ruining peoples lawns. NEVER ever use "Lush Lawn"They are anything but lush. Terrible ****************************************** Ruined my lawn & 5 of neighbors Over fertilized Different tech every time Untrained techs Thin spots Bare spots Big brown burnt out spots throughout front & back lawn They won't return calls Won't come to look at the bad condition of my lawn Ran over and broke my mole trap Put 2 ruts in lawn driving so fast AND they want me to pay for last invoice, for ruining my lawn. hmmm The only thing they have ever followed up on, is trying to collect money, for last lawn service. They are wanting me to pay the last invoice. They call me 2-3 times a week, leave voice mails and send me past due letters. And to top it off, they are now sending me emails to come back as a customer.

  ***** went from best in neighbour hood to worst with one year of lush lawn Recommended to 4 others who are also upset and leaving **** is 4 sheets of green and nobody at LL either seems to care, do. It want to solve or dont have the ability or experience to diagnose They never return calls and simply pass me off to somebody new and we start the complaint over again Was even promised Regional or District Manager was going to call me and just like the last 5 people I have dealt with at Lush Lawn.. NO call, NO text and NO show Easter 3 full and different days due to no shows Had Lush Lawn treat my Neighbours lawn who is not a customer and then did mine even though it was not due and cannot tell me who did it or what they applied Totally disorganized, unprofessional, non customer service lawn company have ever worked with They even speak down another others in the company and tell me how bad It is and how they dont have enough or good techs Totally fed up so letting the word know they every avenue Next is Linked in to chat to CEO Bye bye Lush lawn for me and my 4 referrals

  Lush Lawn ruined my yard! Its full of weeds. *** tried to resolve the issue but got the runaround from everyone including the *** of the company. Lush Lawn lies about their services and only cares about getting paid to kill your lawn! So disappointed and frustrated!! Go with TruGreen! I had good service with TruGreen and regret being scammed into changing to Lush Lawn by a salesman who guaranteed I would be very happy with their namethere is nothing Lush about their service.
