    Dear Spectrum Health,I am writing to dispute my patient termination from ************************************************************* care. I was assigned to him as a patient in 2020, but over the two years of being under his care, I have never actually seen him for treatment. Despite this, I was recently terminated from his care on January 6, 2023 due to missed appointments.I understand the importance of keeping appointments, but I believe it is unfair to terminate my patient status without first addressing the issue of my lack of treatment under ******************. I request that you review my case and consider reinstating me as a patient under his care so that I may receive the medical attention I need.Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

    I have a 95 year old mother, Note I have full medical power of attorney for my Mother *****************************. This started last month when I have to call in her pain pills for a refill every month. when you call the recording says it take up to 72 hours to call in refills. Last month I called spectrum 4 days ahead of time. On day 4 I had to call this several time and finely after 3 call they called in the prescription. This month I called them on October 13, 2022. Today is October 20, ***************************************** Today I will go there and try to get is call in as calling them does not seem to do any good. Someone needs to do their job there last month the pain pill would have been out as this place just did not call in the pills. Again there are enough pain pills for tomorrow only,.
