Three years ago a judge gave ITC control of the power lines on my property. Before that Consumers owned them. Consumers treated the people here nice and topped the trees under the lines. We residents in the area worked with consumers to protect the lines. After ITC took over, they started harassing ** and telling ** our homes, propane tanks and trees needed to go. We reached a deal we thought with the company, but now here they are again demanding that the trees have to be cut down regardless of their size, height, or function. Some of these trees prevent the brine from the road from entering the lake by sucking it up. We have notified the *** and are waiting for a return phone call. We are sick of this harassment year after year. The previous guy we spoke to, is no longer working there, according to the forester that came out. We spoke to their new lawyer and she doesn't care. The trees under the lines are no longer tall enough to harm the lines, but prevent dust from covering our houses, and brine from killing the fish in the lake. We told them they could remove all broad leaf trees in the 45 foot of the lines, including a white birch, and the pines in the ditch and few others that were in the side yard, but they want it all.Could you please tell these people to leave ** alone, especially the elderly. My neighbor is in hers 70's and they keep harassing her. If she has a heart attack over this harassment, I will help her family *** them for every dime they have.Sincerely,*** ***********************, Esq.
