I had a great experience with Am Pure Services! They are incredibly professional and a pleasure to do business with. **** was extremely helpful and prompt in getting my service scheduled, making the process seamless. ***** and **** were on time, thorough, and professional throughout the entire job. They were also very kind and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended!

The tech was on time and even offered to come earlier if needed. He was friendly and discussed what services were being performed. He provided before and after pictures from inside the air ducts. He was very courteous with the equipment and took the extra step to clean up any excess debris. He performed a very thorough cleaning.AM PURE SERVICES INC

Everything was done with professionalism. Ducts were very clean. Satisfied with service. HOWEVER, coupons and service description thereof was very deceptive. "Duct Cleaning" amounted to simply blowing out the feeder ducts, and 1 main duct (no cold air return ducts), using nothing to disturb the dust that settled over time and attached itself to the ducts. THAT, of course, was EXTRA. To do a reasonable job, the price went from $159, to over $500, and that did not include the cold air returns. Be careful, get an upfront price for ALL services before beginning.AM PURE SERVICES INC

****** was our service tech and we could not have asked for a more polite professional prompt performance. He called before he got to our home and while here went over all the options with us and showed us everything that was in our vents and told us that the vents had probably never been cleaned before. He did a fantastic job and we are very satisfied with the quality of the work that he did and the way he we were treated. We have a small dog and he worked around that as well so we would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone looking to someone wanting a better quality of air in their house especially for the pollen season in downriver Michigan. As long as ****** is working at AM Pure thats our duct cleaning company!AM PURE SERVICES INC
