Subject: Urgent Consumer Fraud Alert This business is charging customers for repairs that are never performed, using unqualified workers instead of certified mechanics, and taking advantage of hard-working individuals, particularly single mothers like myself.Between September 2024 and December 2024, I repeatedly took my car to Lube Cube for an oil leak repair, paying over $1,500. Despite multiple visits, the issue was never fixed, and instead, I was continuously charged for additional "necessary" repairs. I later learned that this shop does not employ certified mechanicsonly oil change workers performing unqualified repairs, whom I believe are undocumented immigrants. After my frustration grew, I took my vehicle to a certified mechanic at another shop. Not only did he properly repair the issue, but he also provided me with the original parts that Lube Cube had falsely claimed to have replaced multiple times. This was undeniable proof that I had been scammed. When I returned to Lube Cube to request a refund and confronted the owner, ***, with the evidence, he refused to acknowledge the fraud, told me to leave, and even called the police on me. While I was there, I encountered another single mother who had been scammed in the same way. To address this issue, I filed a complaint with the City of *******************. A representative from the city, *****, personally contacted me, offering a formal apology on behalf of the city. Shockingly, she also revealed that she herself had been a victim of this business.Lube Cube is fraudulently charging customers, failing to perform repairs, and misleading the public about the qualifications of their workers. This is a serious consumer protection issue that must be brought to light before more people fall victim to their dishonest practices.I urge your team to investigate and expose this business to protect others from being scammed. I am willing to provide receipts, evidence, and testimony to support my claims.

Subject: Response to False Accusations Against Lube Cube

    Dear ******* and ********,

I am writing in response to the serious allegations made by Miss **** regarding our establishment, Lube ***********************. These accusations are not only unfounded but also demonstrably false. We take pride in our professionalism, ethical business practices, and commitment to customer satisfaction, and we appreciate the opportunity to address these claims with factual evidence.

Miss **** brought her vehicle to our establishment on five separate occasions from September 2024 to November 2024. On each visit, a distinct and unrelated issue was diagnosed and repaired by our certified technician, ***** ****** ******** (certification #M225977). Below is a record of her service history:

    - **September 19, 2024** Replacement of rear brake pads and rotors (Invoice #******) $495
    - **October 18, 2024** Replacement of coolant temperature sensor (Invoice #******) $356.65
    - **November 14, 2024** Throttle body cleanup (Invoice #******) $50
    - **November 15, 2024** TPMS sensor replacements (Invoice #******) $170
    - **November 29, 2024** Vacuum pump gasket replacement (Invoice #******) $387.18

Each invoice, which she personally signed, explicitly states the repairs performed and includes a statement affirming her satisfaction with the work completed. Her assertion that she repeatedly sought repairs for the same unresolved issue is demonstrably false, as each of the aforementioned services addressed different components of her vehicle.

Additionally, her claim that we employ unqualified workers and undocumented immigrants is equally baseless. Every repair conducted on her vehicle was performed in full compliance with **PA. 300** by a certified mechanic. If there are any concerns regarding our staff's qualifications, we gladly invite a representative from your organization to visit our shop and personally verify our compliance with all industry and labor regulations.

Furthermore, Miss ***** assertion that another mechanic provided her with the "original parts" that we allegedly failed to replace is not credible. Each part we install is sourced from reputable suppliers, and we maintain detailed service records to confirm the work performed. If Miss **** has specific evidence to support this claim, we welcome her to present it for an impartial review.

We take consumer protection and ethical business practices very seriously. While we sympathize with any customer who may feel dissatisfied, we cannot allow false allegations to damage our reputation. We stand by the integrity of our work and welcome any formal investigation that seeks to verify the facts of this matter.

Should you require any additional documentation, including signed invoices or proof of repairs, we would be happy to provide them. Please do not hesitate to contact us at [Your Contact Information] if further clarification is needed.

    Sincerely,
    ***** ********
    Owner
