  Today was my 1st and last time coming here. I wish I had read the reviews before I scheduled an appt. Not 1 good review. First they charged me a different price for hair the hair than what was on line. Then she told me it would be ***** more because my hair was thick and it would take her longer. It took 3 hours and it is absolutely the worse knotless braids I've ever had. Wanted to charge me ***** to tuck which I've never heard before and because I did no. She didn't want to put the hot water on it. And her kids was in the shop screaming, falling out on the floor. No control what so ever. I wish I had followed my first mine and left before I paid her. And she wants to get paid before she even start. You got my this time but you will never get another dime from me. This shop will nickel and dime you out of every dollar she can get. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!

  If I could give ZERO stars I would. I should have read the reviews before wasting my time and money. My appointment was 8am this morning. I texted the day before to confirm. No problem. I got up early the morning of the appointment because the drive was 1 hour away. When I arrived, they sent me a text message saying my appointment had been changed to 845am. At 845, I texted asking for an ETA and was told that the person is enroute and to give them time for street closures and traffic. I drove 60 miles to the appointment to accommodate traffic and road closures, why couldnt they do the same? After waiting 2 1/2 hours, I reached back out. I was asked if I wanted to cancel. I was told that my $25 deposit would be put back on my card in 7 to 10 business days. I even reached out to the Instagram page and was basically ignored. Im surprised they are in business. Never again.

  This place is absolutely disgusting. 0 stars.First of all, its unclean and unsanitarytrash cans overflowing; kids running around without shoes on; no signage with a shop name; men just sitting starting at you; a scary old braider lady just staring at you. Ew. Then they are rude. As soon as I walked into the shop before I got a hello or a hi, it was Im not braiding down all that thick hair.Then, to assess your hair before they take your $$$$ (which they want before the service, like typical scam artists) they part it and put all types of product in it before proceeding. THEN tell you itll be an additional $125+.*****You should go to the Africans with the red chairs! xoxo

  This place is horrible! I have never been somewhere where I was up charged over 100 dollars. I definitely dont understand how they are still open. I would not recommend.

  NEVER again will i support this business. you're charging ***** for xpress braiding hair if you have hair with color or ***** for basic hair colors..also charge you if you choose to purchase your own hair really???? its a complete joke. how do you have a time duration no longer than 3.5 hours but take 6hrs 10 mins. they ask for the money up front because they know it won't be something youre satisfied with, ****** prebraids the braid and then youre sitting untouched for over an hour .i received a text message at 1:29 for my 1:30 appt. if your hair is on the thicker side of things they're charging ***** additional dollars. Text messaged received from Infinity hair Company Thank you booking with us. Remaining balance must be paid in cash before services are rendered.Your remaining balance is $200 Balance includes braiding hair!No mask is required If your hair is thick there is an additional charge of $50 as it will take an additional 1-2 hours to braid Please DO NOT arrive early to your appointment unless instructed to do so!Once you arrive please head inside and give the cash to the stylist before she begins your services please do NOT arrive with any oils or leave in conditioners in your hair.Also any food or drinks inside of the building is prohibited please eat prior to your appointment or after NEW LOCATION!!!Please be sure to come to their new location ******************** City Parking and entrance is located in the back same plaza as *************************** (Address is on building)DO NOT GO TO AFRICAN SHOP WITH RED SALON CHAIRS Please reply YES or NO to confirm your appointment slot You can't bring food or drinks as directed in text eat before or after but they're able to eat and drink. its cold but they didn't care because they are moving around so they won't turn the heat on. t all and all i am completely dissatisfied with my hair and the services i received

  If I could rate a 0 I would, they do very fraudulent business, hiring unlicensed workers with no skill or licenses to be dealing with people hair they took my deposit because one of the workers didnt feel like she wanted to work the Night Shift and stated she was unaware she still had one more client to do and they say its a set price but once you get there they try charge for length of your hair and fullness which is an extra 100 very unprofessional young kids working here they deserve to be shut down immediately and I still havent decided my ***** deposit after I was on time and refuse service because the workers were too tired horrible business
