    On 10/21/22 *** (from D.W.G. ********************************************** by *********** arrived at 10:30 am to remove my old toilet/install the new one. He removed the old toilet & said the ****** needed to be replaced & said I'd have to wait a week; he was going to leave me with no working toilet. He said he could charge me ~$300 to re-install the old toilet with no guarantee & that I would have to pay additional fees for new toilet install plus the cost of the ******. He said he couldn't get the parts for that day. *** called his supervisor who said they could do the job same day & that they had the parts, but it would be at a cost of time-and-a-half for the after-hours work. I was not given a firm quote before they started.*** (from D.W.G. Plumbing) showed up to help *** install the ******. The complete job from the time *** arrived until the entire job was completed was 2.5 hours. *** had me sign a document that said the install was complete. He refused to provide a copy of the document before/after signing (despite my requests) or explain the document was an apparent waiver agreeing to all chargesJoanne a Customer Order Specialist from ********** (Tel. *****************) clarified the document was a waiver on 11/18/22. That they installed during business hours but still charged their time-and-a-half rate is nefarious and warrants an investigation into their business practices. Simple research notes that the national average cost to have a plumber replace a ****** is ~$175 (including parts and labor). The **** Services Installation Customer Approval Form (received on 11/18/22) didn't provide my home address/worksite or any of my contact information. There was no service provider license provided by ***/DWG **********************, nor was **** full name listed as the service provider which I find highly suspicious. The forms did not outline detailed work/provide an itemized list of costs. I contest the additional $1285 on top of the $239 I already paid for installation.
