      Too many mistakes are being made and as much as I appreciate Peoples Express, my time is as important as anyone else, if they accept the ride then theyneed to understand the importance of that ride and not minimalize it because it is not a doctors appointment and they continually do this. They show up early, they show up late, other people riding the bus show up late and theres times Im stuck on that bus between 30 and 45 minutes. Im trying to address this with the executive director and Im not being able to communicate because no one is returning my calls. The other day I was basically told that my trip and myself was not important simply because it was not a doctors appointment, once again if they accept the right then it is equally important and I should be treated in the same manner. Their bus driver could not even understand or read the driving directions yesterday and then proceeded to not allow me to get off the bus and stick his phone in my face, this will never be acceptable behavior. Their bus drivers turn left from a go right lane or go straight lane, they pull out into oncoming traffic and they do not use their turn signals or they switch lanes and do not use their turn signals and these are concerns that need to be addressed but no one is calling me back so I can. If I am not given the opportunity to discuss these concerns with the director of Peoples Express, I will address this further because these concerns have been problematic for sometime now. Everyone needs to understand that it is my right to use this service and that I have not violated using this service but Peoples Express have violated my reasoning for using the service by minimizing where Im going, by the drivers showing up early or late, and the problems with the way the drivers are handling the rides. If your driver cannot read or understand a map to know where hes going to the point where he goes left, right, left, right in matter of five minutes then he shouldnt be driving.
