    Made one order to try out truly frees detergent which I was happy with. Never did I think that I was locked in to a membership and now received an email stating that I can build my box for my next order. What! I was never aware that I was a member. I never even created a login account. Called, sent emails even texted as stated on their website. Got a text back saying this is a landline reply Y to TXT blah blah blah for .25 ugh!Calling truly free ever half an hour. No one picks up the phone. Are they working? Would never do business with such a shady outfit!

    I have tried a lot of these products and the ones that I have continued to use are the aloe hand soap, the bathroom cleaner and the degreaser. I have been using these since 2020 and just order when I run out, I don't have a subscription. The bathroom cleaner is good for cleaning the outside of the toilet and the sink area. ( I still use bleach type cleaners for the tub and inside of the toilet.) The degreaser is a good all around cleaner for walls, cabinets etc. The Aloe soap is great because there are no harsh chemicals and my hands don't get dried out. I like supporting a US company, especially one that is trying to make a difference in our world.

    Truly free made it right!! I had an issue with my order being delayed and when I did get it was damaged however truly free did replace the order and sent me a follow up email confirming the new shipment. They also explained they are a small company! Very small as there are only 8 employees. I have to give credit where credit is due. Good company!! I will continue to be a customer

    I just placed a one-time order for home-cleaning products with TrulyFree. No where did I sign up for membership in automatic shipments. They did that for me. When I paid for what I ordered, I noticed a third bundle had been added, and I immediately requested the order be corrected. They said they would consider it and let me know. Again, using their chat on their website, I then asked that the order be canceled. It was ignored and they proceeded to sending emails saying they were so happy to have me and their family, and that they loved me, etc..saying they were so happy to have me and their family, and that they loved me, etc., etc.. they ignored request to cancel, and collected their money from me on PayPal. Finally had to dispute through PayPal. Beware buying from them.

    I have been using this company's cleaning products for about 6 months now with absolutely no problems whatsoever! They have been very responsive to any questions I've had, my orders have shipped promptly, and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their products.
