      Do NOT use Comfort Heating. They will continue to milk money from you. Even the previous home owner fired comfort heating. Now I understand why. I spoke to comfort heating owner after hav*** several issues & visits from comfort heating with no solutions. They just kept tak*** my money with poor quality work. The technicians came out and said the type of humidifier unit they installed, which was the AprilAire 700 model is not designed to humidify a house heated primarily by radiant heat. The owner called me a liar as if I enjoy pay*** thousands of dollars to have them come out and fix their mistakes. The technician said he could install a 2nd 700 model unit but that wont do any good either because they need the furnace to be runn*** hot air through them for it to truly humidifier properly. The technician even told me This is the wrong humidifier unit for this house. A steam powered humidifier shouldve been installed on this because this house was designed to be heated with only radiant heat. I also spoke to the BUILDER who confirmed the house was designed for radiant heat, furnace is a backup. But CH owner still called me a liar and said I didnt know what Im talk*** about because I didnt build the house. But eventually CF owner admitted what I really needed now is an external humidifier. OK, so we went from them recommend install*** 2 Aprilair 700 model to a giant external humidifier. After multiple very expensive visits, suddenly they have this brilliant idea that oh maybe we should have installed a steam humidifier. But when you ask any questions and quot*** what they (recorded on security cameras) said theyll call you ,and I quote, a f-*** liar. They took my money and left the job unfinished. There are still radiant heat hoses hang*** from the ceil*** that your team said they would fix because they are dangerous as is. Thanks for leav*** our home unfinished and in a dangerous state for my family and children.
