terrible work ethics.their warranty states that they would come second time around if one insect control spray was not effective they scheduled and e mailed a second visit,without my permission and when i protested ,they said it was necessary since i have wooden sidings.but they have been spraying my whole house exterior for more than 10 years and just discovered ,and said i have wooden sidings,last year the inpection said there was no insect activity,but they scheduled a recent second visit anyway.Very pushy and aggressive sales, and high handed and now she wrote they are dropping my business [returned my unauthorized charges] because i protested.they feel they do not owe their customers any courtesy
maybe they have some sort of monopoly
$400 for one exterior spray which should last atleast 6-8 months
there are handy men who can spray your house, no need to be hostage to this owner
i would leave zero stars but cannot

This client has a repeated history of requesting service, confirming scheduled service, and then complaining about price and requesting a refund. After multiple situations where this has occurred, we refunded him for his last service and explained we would no longer do business for him. Unfortunately I feel he will not be happy with any company that he hires for service.Review fromDanielle L

1 starTerrible work and customer service! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They came unannounced, with no appointment set up, and had we not had a camera we never would have known that they were even there. They sprayed our front porch with dog toys, cushions, everything. Then proceeded to bill us over $400. Would not recommend this company. Shady company!
