    It takes a truly horrible experience for me to leave a review on anything, but I feel like it is my duty as a human to share our experience with Royal Movers today. After a verbal estimate of a particular hourly rate, and plenty of sweet talking of discounts from the owner **** (real piece of work this guy), the price we were required to pay was not what was agreed to at first estimate. Im sure there was no estimate put in writing by design, for this purpose. The three men that helped us move today were incredibly slow and complained more than I have ever heard movers complain in my life. These guys were fully prepared to charge over $3000 to move a 1200 SF bungalow with no couches, appliances, or other large items to move, 15 minutes down the road. They watched myself and another gentleman carry the heaviest couches out the front door from the comfort of their work truck. To top it all off, after about 45 seconds of conversation to try and understand why the hourly rate was suddenly increased (through ******* **** to ***), *** refused to honor the originally agreed upon hourly rate and flat out called my mom a f******* ****, not realizing he was on speaker phone and we could clearly plainly hear him. **** was immediately embarrassed and quickly changed his tone for the rest of the day, profusely apologizing and talking down on **** (Im certainly not working here for the ownership, etc.). I have never seen anyone, let alone the owner of a company, so unprofessional in my entire life and I work in construction! I will be telling everyone as long as I live to not use this company. Save 50% of your money and use ****** and be done in 60% of the time with no grumbling or babysitting. These guys rob you blind and then disrespect you right to your face. I cant wait for **** to reply to this review. I wonder what he will call us next! Ha!

    I have just completed a move with Royal Movers and I am overwhelmingly happy! ****, **** and ***** were on my move this past weekend they are a fantastic team. I had an additional stop at a storage which needed to be loaded before my house. I thought this would be difficult with two stops but these guys were on top with the storage loaded before I had a moment to worry. From my initial call to the day of the move I really felt like this was covered. The team kept in contact with me and any questions - They were professional as well as engaging which helped calm my fears. While researching companies I found they have different approaches / rates. Royal caught my attention with the clock starting when they arrive while others start when they leave the office. I found them to be personable from my initial call and upon completion I made the right choice hands down. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

    I have used Royal Movers to help me from my apartments to a couple of different houses. Royal movers would always great them self's very professionally to the * they are very detailed and specific in writing down what it is I'm explaining what's going. My furniture is professionally pad wrapped and well taken care of and when I have gotten to my new homes it's in great condition and placed where I like it. *his company doesn't cause any damages to property or to your belongings. *his company is awesome

    I agree with **** S below. **** (the owner) is the most arrogant, sarcastic, adversarial person I've ever done business with. The other two gentlemen that he had on the job site with him were wonderful. It was HIS disrespect, disregard and just adolescent behavior that made the experience horrible.

    This person did 3 reviews under different names, same reviews, thats harrashment!!! & our company with look into what the Law has on this matter!! And this person NEVER USED OUR COMPANY! HAVE them show there invoice or proof that they used our company.
