    Hello, I was working with ************************* from Solid Sound Music to book him for our wedding. I signed the contract and sent him a deposit check for $200 at the end of August 2022 and the check showed as cleared on September 1, 2022, via mobile deposit at one bank. All was fine until October 13, 2022, the check showed as being cleared a second time this time it was cashed in person. I have attached checks that were on the banking our banking statement on 10-13-22 one you can see he crossed out the mobile deposit note on the endorsement line and initialed the change. When I confronted him on this he became quite hostile towards me and before I showed him the cleared checks he was insisting it was a mobile banking error. After I showed him the checks his story changed and he started saying he was having issues with checks clearing via mobile deposit on his online bank the app would say the checks were rejected and instead of checking with us to see if the check cleared the first he cashed it again. The first part of that happened in the vendor chats on your website in the evening he called me continuously until I had my fianc answer the phone and speak with him. On the phone, he kept arguing with us and trying to stop us from canceling his services when we no longer felt comfortable working with him at one point he even suggest we just start giving him cash instead of checks when we had made it clear we did not trust him anymore. He would not relent on the phone to the point where we just had to hang up. After the call ended he continued to call my phone to the point where I had to block his number. This vendor showed an extreme lack of professionalism in this situation and I do not want any more brides to go through what we did and lose money.
