  Original protective finish was more difficult to remove than **** anticipated and when he had to use a more coarse grit sandpaper it left swirl gouges in our floors. First tried telling me that "some of that is normal". Really?? I hire a wood floor refinishing company to make my floors look new, you damage them and then tell me some of that is normal? I even offered to pay additional because I explained I wanted them done correctly and was told "No, you will love them when I'm finished". To his credit, after I insisted that they were unacceptable as is, he sanded them again but the details, the damage he did, the stain on our sink and baseboards as well as some damage to our cupboards are what we ended up with. If that's "normal" or is the level of workmanship you can expect to receive I would strongly suggest you hire someone else. Our floors turned out absolutely terrible!!

  I got a email from you about a customer that left a review. 
  
  Honestly he has been bashing me for almost 6 months even though him and his wife gave me the approval two times before I put the last coat down. I also wrote in the estimate half down the day I start and the other half upon approval they both told me they were great and they loved them and wrote me the final check even after me asking over and over and over again if they loved them and they said yes now they are finding every way to try to ruin my name.
