      Had my oil change and noticed a puddle under my car. Took it back to have them look at the problem and they never put the oil cap on so it blew oil all over the engine and underneath my vehicle was dripping all the way to the back. They purchased a new oil cap refilled oil and offered me a free car wash for my trouble.

      My son took his car for a oil change. They can’t even put a oil filter on right leaked all his oil out of his car. Called about this they gave me the run around do this and that after all these months went by they I call back again after calling them leaving messages to the district manager which he is even a joke too has the nerve to say you should of brought the car back with the 1st 30 days or 3000 miles how was I going to when it won’t even move on now they are saying they can’t fix it and it’s my our fault cause they have people that are to busy seeing what other cars they can fuck up I will never take my car there for a oil change

      Well they have a location on Lakewood Blvd in ******* all of there employees are smoking weed on the job are very rude to customers and it's unsafe
