    Absolutely 100% do NOT bring your Rec vehicles to **************** in *******, **. This has been the most infuriating experience of our life. They have had our side by side for SIX months and the ONLY communication have is when we call them. And EVERY SINGLE conversation is circular. Weve had instances of talking to the SAME manager hours apart and have no recall of our previous conversation. We brought our Can Am in in JANUARY for a warranty issue and a rattle. It took almost 3 months for the fuel line to come in (not their fault) but another 2 months and at least a dozen phone calls to finally get it looked at. We finally got to bring it home (May 4)and the 1st ride realized the rattle had not been fixed. We returned it to them on May 10. We called on Monday to get an update with the response being youre my 1st call tomorrow morning.as of TODAY we called and we are top priority which weve literally heard from every person weve talked to in the last six months. I have literally never encountered more incompetent management in my entire life. Save your sanity and go somewhere else!

    Brought my SeaDoo to FPS on June 14, 2021 with a blown valve and an engine under warranty. It sat there for 6 months. They told me they were working on it. They weren't. They continued to lie about what was being done, when they received parts and what they were planning next. Warranty ran out in March while the SeaDoo was still there. Got it back in August. Yes, over a year later. The SeaDoo was leaking oil. Brought it back. In October, they told me there was nothing they could do. I asked for a meeting with the General Manager and the Service Manager. No meeting arranged. Picked it up in November. Obvious that the SeaDoo was left outside, trailer was damaged and SeaDoo had a huge rip in the seat now.Worst customer service ever. They will say that they didn't charge me for anything. Woo hoo. I brought them a SeaDoo that didn't work but under warranty. I am leaving with a SeaDoo in worse condition and no warranty. Not a positive experience in the least.
