    Well I was seen at there office on 1/2/25 where I was getting treatment for a temporary crown installed. Well on this particular visit I was treated very rudely and disrespected as a african American female. I was trying to inform them that I have an secondary insurance company besides my "**********" that I have with my full-time ******** "******************" whom I've been with over 20 plus years. That I wanted to give them some information about my second ******** which is ******* who I also carry insurance with. Well the receptionist at Comprehensive Dentistry" acted like she was very irritated by me saying that I also carried a secondary insurance company. An also was very persistent about getting a payment in the about of $230 on that particular day. Which I stated to her I didn't mind making a payment but only what I was responsible for! They kept saying that I didnt know what I was talking about that my ******* insurance which is "Cigna" didn't exist. Now my claim number is ******** for my *************** as well as following me around the office while I was trying to call them from my cell to give them the information that they needed like I was a criminal or something! I have been coming there for about a year and a half now and will never return again. I didn't see them so persistent on pressing any of there other patients like they were doing me. So on yesterday January 13, ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ like they stated if I inquired any pain and if it was a chance that my crown was in early before my appointment on Thursday. Well I arrived at my appointment yesterday at 3:50 pm to get my new crown installed where It was installed without any pain medication as far as a shot or anything was offered. They told me I can take some ******* when I got home if I wanted. An giving me the run around with speaking to the office manager.

    I do not have the exact date but all of this happen this year between January and May, 2022. I went to the Dentist to have my denture relined. The denture was originally made at this ************** and I was well pleased. It took several times going back and forth to the lab that they used an It finally fit but it does not look like the original denture. I decided I would not go back to this Dentist anymore. I have gone to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned and they looked at my denture and thought I grinded my teeth. I told them no this is what my last dentist did to my denture. My new dentist said if they had ruined my denture they would have made me another one. I told them this was never offered to me.

    I am sorry you are not happy. When you came to us, the doctor who saw you told you that you needed a new denture but you declined because insurance would not cover it until 2023. You chose to do a reline instead. When you were not happy with the first reline, the doctor did two more at no charge. The doctor had to make adjustments to the reline for it to fit. I would be happy to discuss what we did with ****************. We agree with **************** that ultimately a new denture is what is needed. We did not hurt your existing denture, we were trying to make it fit before you would get a new denture. You chose to wait until 2023 when your insurance would cover it. We would have happily made one sooner but you chose to wait for financial reasons.
