    I arrived at this hotel on monday july 3rd to check in since the hotel i was supposed to originally stay at had no power. Upon check in i was told that it was $149 in total for both nights and i asked again to make sure and the front desk clerk ***** said yes it was in total. If there is sound attached to the camera in that area you can replay the conversation. I was never given an invoice of charges or anything. I was happy with the rate and i was checked in quickly. I go to check out today, again no bill or invoice. I check my credit card charges and ibsee more than $400 about to be charged to my card so i call the hotel and the front desk agent says no its $149 each night. I asked multiple times at check in and i never signed anything agreeing to pay $149 for each night. And why when i call to complain is when i receive the bill instead of 12 hours ago when i checked out. The staff needs to retrained and be clear. I've reached out multiple times and have yet to speak to the Owner or General Manager of this establishment.
