    On September 9, 2024, I ordered a school pictures package that included a digital image that would be emailed to me. I have reached out to the business seven times to request that they email me the digital image I paid for. I received a response from the third request, which I replied directly to. There has been no response from that email thread or my subsequent requests.

    Your initial digital image was sent via email on 9/19/24. 

    Your initial email regarding non-delivery was responded to on 10/14 and a new download was emailed to the provided email address.

    Today, another Digital download was emailed to the email address provided on your receipt. Please ensure to check your inbox and spam folders over the next 24 hours. 

    If you have not yet received your download by then, please give our customer service a call vs email so we can assist immediately. ************

    I placed an order on 6-9-23 for 1 class picture(Order number ******** , price *****). Called 6-23-23 to inquire was told it should be there any day.Called 7-11-23 they said they were behind and would be sending out that day.7-26-23 called but nobody answered the phone.I would like my picture that I ordered but if they are not going to actually send it I would like a refund.

    I put a direct request in with manufacturing to reprint as high priority and completed a refund request. 
    This should be taken care of asap. 
     Reach out directly to the parent to inform them the items are on their way at no cost to them as well as the refund is processing for her troubles.
