      First off, you need to itemize your bill. I called for a winter service, to get furnace cleaned. $2600 later my pipes are bang *** cause they air bound. IRP came up with zone valves, pressure relief and a couple other th***s. They got a star cause they were prompt. My bills were just that a bill, didnt say what they did and then IRP had to come back 4 times for various problems, that did not exist prior to them show*** up. Very disappointed.

      I had a ************* installed in 2021 by Iron Range Plumbing and Heating. One of the business owners made assurances as to how pleased I would be with this product. The system is going into its third winter now and has had multiple "small" issues. This year the bill for its annual inspection is over $400! Last year it was high as well--but multiple costs were waived due to it being within the one year warranty time frame. I questioned why an ignitor and site glass should need to be replaced after 2 years of operation as well as why I do not get an error code if there is incomplete combustion. I was told that as long as it is combusting--I will not get an error code (even with all its electronics and sensors). What really gets me is that I was told that 99% of the Navien boilers are amazing--and about 1% are just bad boilers. I was told that it looks like I may be one of the unfortunate 1% that basically has a lemon. Oh--but it may also be dirty propane--or maybe even both of these issues! Really--does Iron Range Plumbing and Heating sell you a product that they can't fix--they just keep throwing parts at it at the owners expense--and if they continue to fail--congratulations--looks like you bought a lemon!I am giving 2 stars instead of one due to the fact that they are generally pleasant and the technician that serviced it this year did correct an installation issue with the exhaust that was missed for over 2 years and frankly he was the most attentive of any of IRPH's employees that I have dealt with to date (which is probably about eight technicians/owners as of now).If you are looking for a new boiler system--I would check into other brands and avoid Navien. I would also suggest finding an HVAC company that will support you and not simply blow you off as being an unfortunate customer that ************** straw!
