      I ordered wheels and tires 5/6/24, mounted, balanced and shipped. Received wheels with deep gouges on the back side of all four, two had chrome discoloration, one wheel also had all the weights come off during shipping and ding the chrome face in multiple spots. Spoke with customer service they agreed that the product I received was damaged during the mounting balancing process and also the wheels never should have made it out past quality control. They were suppose to send me new wheels and I’ll take care of the mounting and balancing and send the damaged wheels back. A month later I still can’t get an update on the wheels. Very aggravating. I would recommend going with another wheel/tire provider

      I had ordered wheels that weren’t hub centric and didn’t realize it but Andy contacted me and let me know and even went out of his way to find all the rims that were exact fit for my truck and reprocessed my order with the new wheels and made sure I want paying for extras I didn’t need. Shipping was also quite fast. Would definitely do business again in the future and highly recommend wheelsetgo

      Ordering my wheels and tires was an easy process. I got prompt notifications of my order. Delivery was delayed due to weather not anyone’s fault. I first only received 3 out of my 4 wheels and tires, I can not emphasize enough to make sure to purchase the guaranteed delivery at checkout. I contacted customer service explained the issue and they was very polite and eager to help. A report was filed with the shipper and I received my wheel and tire the following day. I had other questions later that I contacted customer service about and my questions was answered professionally and promptly while on the phone. Thus far this has been an enjoyable purchasing experience.

      Customer service was great. Answered all they questions I had about the wheels I was wanting and checked offset, width everything to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues. Also had one of the better deals for a complete wheel and tire package for what I was looking for. Just waiting for shipping info
