    7-03-2024, Deck repair and refinish and buying and installing 2 gates at both sets of steps. Power wash the deck, Replace 6- 16 foot boards on the deck and the entire top of railing, coat with 2 coats of **** **** stain, deck, spindles and railings along with Black stain on top or rails. Install 2 metal black child gates one each on each set of ************* came and did the stain and board replacement, sloppy job got stain all over white siding and gutters, missed multiple areas that should have had stain applied to it, top rail boards all warped terribly. We paid in full same day as they worked on deck and were told they would come back to install the gates, bring both colors of stain for touchup areas and cleanup the stain on the siding. Have contacted company via phone, text and social media (********) and at first stated they would get to it ****. After more attempts to contact ****, we get no response at all. Have since called and left voicemail for ****************************************** to see if they can get any response from this local company. Job has not been completed or anything fixed and company was paid in full.
