      My lender hired this company and ***** specifically came and did an appraisal. She submitted to my lender about 10 days later. We asked to see it and couldn't believe how LOW she did our comps. We then reached out to another lender and our realtor that both said maybe there wasn't much comps to work with due to minimal listings. So they did the homework for me and found FIVE homes that my relator felt was comparable. So I emailed those listing to ***** with an email asking if she can maybe rewrite my appraisal with these comparables. I heard NOTHING. So I waited a week and called today and she told me straight up it's her opinion and what she says goes and I should not of contacted her my lender should have. So here I am being in my home for 20 years getting the lowest comparables and out $575 (her charge)! Horrible customer service!
