    1) My husband recently had a Moh's procedure done on his face performed by the doctor in this clinic for a skin cancer diagnosis on his cheek. This is an invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia and was very painful post operatively for my husband. He was sent home with no pain medication and told to take Tylenol. 2) My husband was given an appointment card for a follow up visit and when he went they told him it was the wrong day, even though he had an appointment card written. The receptionist told him she didn't know how that had happened.3) We had received quite a few medical bills at the same time and I was budgeting how I was going to pay them which was taking a couple of weeks to organize. I had called the office and spoke to the billing person and told her that I would be making a partial payment soon. Two weeks ago we received a collection letter for the balance. The invoice wasn't even ************************************************************************************************ the amount of $1000.00 and told the billing person we would pay the remaining balance soon. She said the rest had gone to collections and couldn't take the account back. I feel that this was wrong sending the invoice to collection without any notice of written letter or phone call prior to the collection.
