    Got an estimate to build pole barn from advanced builders and decided to go with it. Started building October 2023. Half down was paid and I supplied materials. Upon completion the builder did not follow blue print specs and had boards missing and screws not tight and or missing. Several sheets of tin was dented from handling and scratched and builders tried to bandage it up. I requested a bunch of tin replaced and all the correct boards were installed. Boards were installed but left several fasteners out and not up to code. And did not install a few remaining boards for structural support. Got into an argument over the project about how it is not completed and Builder did not want to replace dented Tin and make it right with me. Some boards were missing nails and screws. Tin was still dented and scratched and not up to the grade I was expecting being I paid a lot of money for pole barn. A water hydrant was destroyed and ran over by crew and was not brought to my attention I ended up fixing myself. Craftsmanship is not very good with tin screws loose and screws missing. Atleast 5 sheets of tin dented from crew handling and never brought to my attention. Builder will not come to an agreement and says Im responsible for dented tin and other issues. I already paid for all materials plus labor. ******* laying all over job site and asked builder to pick up and he chose not too. I had to clean up garbage plus screws/ nails laying everywhere on my time. ******* says it wasnt his garbage.
