      I am a long time customer (almost 20 years). I had a problem with billing (I actually told them I owed more than I was billed for). I only wanted them to rerun the bill because I knew I owed more. I wanted to pay it off so I didnt have to worry about it anymore. It got all fouled up and they had no desire to get it straightened out. I am disappointed in their billing department. *** lost confidence in the company. My complaint is not regarding the techs, but if you cant trust billing its better to go elsewhere.

      I had a mini-split installed. This required an electrician and a HVAC tech. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My old/new home that I recently purchased, presented me with challenges concerning hot water heating and electrical questions. They both took the time to answer and explain the good and the bad. Overall experience was exceptionally great. I may be installing a gas insert in my fireplace sooner than later. I will have no qualms about buying from Ellingson.
