Mar 16th,2024.booked a vacation at arrowwood resort for July 2nd through July 6th 2024. On July 1st,2024 a problem arose and i had too cancel the vacation. I used booking .com to book and cancel vacation. According to booking.com, there was. A 1 night penalty with a cost oof $380.03 for the cancelation. I have no problem with that. The following week, Thursday July 11th I noted that there was a $100 charge and a $1553. Charge by the resort. I called them and spoke with *************************. She stated that since this was through booking.com, they would have to wait to get permission from booking.com before refunding any money. I was okay with that. I received no update over the weekend. Left vm on Monday with *** and also *******************. *** called back and said she had no update. I did tell her that I had the email from booking.com stating the cancelation fee would be $380.03. She asked me to send that to her and she would then submit the request to accounting to refund the money. I sent the email and received confirmation that she received the email. That was Monday July 15th. Since that day I have sent a request for updates each day with no respond. I have also left vm's with no response. I simply want the refund of $1272 processes eland put back into our account.
