    I used Christian Brothers Auto and Andover for years brought multiple cars there last experience was very disappointing as a faithful customer.. I tried to resolve amicably, and they refused to acknowledge any responsibility and said work was completed, and it was on the invoice and all the invoices and it was not so I had to go to another mechanic and pay for Work to be redone. Very disappointed. They are nice when you first start going there than once they think they have you for a customer they just, try to humor your way out of it With false passive aggressive behavior, which actually was very insulting to me and will never bring any of my vehicles there again.
