    Really upset. I purchased rain insurance for the event and my party was rained out. We didnt get to use it. It was a pop up thunderstorm and was supposed to be clear that day and because I didnt cancel 24 hours in advance of the UNREPORTED rain - I lost out on $300 and had a basement full of kids who were bummed out about not being able to jump. Their website claims that you can use it after it rains but you cannot as it forms puddles and it wouldnt have been safe - it did NOT drain like it was supposed too. Tried reaching out and was basically told there is nothing they would be willing to do. Pretty crappy customer service. Dont buy the rain insurance - totally not worth it. Probably would have had a better experience if they were willing to work with me a little bit.
