      They keep using underhanded tactics to try and get ahold of me, calling from multiple different numbers after having been told to send by mail a letter with an itemized list of everything in the debt they believe i owe, the only letter sent just said ambulance with a very large amount of money and not itemized at all. also when they call they continue to hang up right away so i call back, they have been aggressive with tone over the phone while i have asked simple questions, and when requesting a supervisor or someone in a higher position they will get angry and just hang up and call again a few days to a week later, they continue to keep doing this and its harassment. i have also told them to cease and desist with the calling, and that i can respond by email or mail. I would like this to stop, but it is what it is.

      Professional Service Bureaus first call to Mr. *** was on February 12, 2025. During that call, Mr. *** requested debt verification, which was sent to Mr. *** on February, 13, 2025.
      Professional Service Bureau attempted to contact Mr. *** on the following dates with no success: February 21 and February 25.
      On February 25, 2025, Professional Service Bureau received an inbound call from Mr. **** telephone number. The caller disconnected the call once our agent identified himself.
      Professional Service Bureau attempted to contact Mr. *** on the following dates with no success: March 5, March 7, March 10 and March 11.
      Professional Service Bureau, Inc. had not received any request to cease communication from Mr. **** until receiving this BBB correspondence. Mr. **** account has been marked as no further contact by the business as requested in the complaint.If Mr. *** wishes to discuss his account(s) he may contact our Collection Manager directly at **************.
