    Scam, scam, scam! I told them I was going to report them my credit card company as a dispute and they sent an email saying they would give my refund within 48 hours. Its been a month and I still havent seen it. Do not use this company. They prey that we will be on others misfortune!

    I wish I could leave no stars review, DO NOT use the service!!! I filled a claim with them, paid $40, phone number does not work, tried to reach them via email 2 times only to get the response that they cannot locate my claim (8 days later) and I need to refile all over again but this time free of charge.Luckily as I started to panic and I have found the *** lost and found site following someone 's advice online and they helped me to reunite with my laptop back home - picked up from tsa in ** free of charge.

    SCAM!!!! After losing a tablet at TSA gate, ************** early June, I was given Instafile # to file a claim. Airport said there was no charge, but Insta. rep said I had to pay $39.99. I recieved 2 emails from them saying tablet not found, never heard again. Today, almost 4 months later, ************** emailed me that they had my tablet. They only knew it was mine after installing a new battery and finding my email. Instafile had ZERO to do with locating my tablet. Security told me Instafile is a fraudulent company and to report them to my credit card company. I replaced my tablet months ago, so am not paying for shipping and a new battery, after already losing $40 to Instafile. Of course, I've tried all morning to get them on the phone, no answer and mailbox full. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

    ********* Almost fell for paying $39 to find an item I lost at a TSA checkpoint. I Googled "TSA lost and found" and they were the first search result. TSA has there own lost and found form on their website that is free.

    ***** Very disappointed that I was taken advantage of...After realizing someone had stole my Fire 10" Table at ********************, I quickly went to the ****** website which directed me to INSTAFILE to complete a report and charge me $40.00. I NEVER HEARD from an agent or anyone since May 29. I have emailed them 2x asking them for an update, no reply, no phone call. I had just purchased this tablet and in the confusion of mechanical error and a returned flight, I thought this company was truly attached to ****** Airlines. Now, I know, no way. Instafile is fraud! I wish I had had more time to research, but it was total chaos. k Zero Stars!
