    I was ecstatic to work with this company. I have seen some of their work and was extremely impressed with the quality. I worked with a wonderful woman who was very knowledgeable and 5 star customer service. I unfortunately was there when the owner called her and it has not set right with me and I cant stop thinking about it. This girls entire demeanor went into that of an abuse victim. *******, turned white, visibly apparent there was something wrong. I could over hear him saying things that I employer should ever say to an employee. She excused herself and came back when she was off the phone. She was a completely different person when she returned. Completely beat down and visibly shaken up. I decided to proceed with the projects I wanted them to do and on my way out another employee stopped me to apologize. He had walked in during the phone call and saw my facial expression. He explained that the owner is extremely hostile and the woman I was speaking to generally took the brunt of his explosive rants and threats to protect them (the guys on the construction floor). I went home and told my partner what had happened and he decided he would go with me next time. We went in to discuss some additions we wanted on our project as well as a few others we had in the pipelines. She was so friendly yet again. I confronted her about the situation on my last visit and she confided that she was not mentally ok and had been dealing with him for several months. Next time we call in she is gone and the owner is screaming at us on the phone. The verbal onslaught that ensued was beyond comprehension. He let me know my friend no longer was employed there. He also let me know where I could shove my cabinetry. Amazing they have been in business so long. Clearly he is not the face or personality that customers usually work with. Horrible person.
