They came out to my house to repair or replace a part for my stove. They took the information (along with their $119 fee) and said they would get back to me by the end of the week. After a month and a half, I still haven't heard anything. These people should not be in business.***** ****** Minneapolis, Mn

In January of 2023 they came to fix my Microwave, I told them the circulation fan was not coming on when operating. They replaced the fan and that was not the problem, so they replaced the control board, that also was not the problem. After $600 microwave circulation fan still did not work. They said they could not fix it and refused to refund my money. I cant believe they have a A+ rating from the BBB. The BBB must be a joke. This place is incompetent and has zero accountability. I filed a claim in conciliation court today.

If zero stars was an option, I would've chose that.We will never use *** again. Please take our advice and don't ever pay up front, even if they need to order parts. Only pay when the parts are in and the work is completed.Normally I choose to give my business to the small businesses. I will be much more apprehensive now.Initially they came out the same day which is great. Then it went south from there. Taking 18 days to get the parts in and costing $453 to fix an ** dishwasher. They rarely returned any of our phone calls. Only when we wanted a refund. We had a lot of time to determine we'll instead replace the washer for less than the $453 to repair it.And miraculously when we called to cancel the order and get a refund the parts were all of a sudden in! And **** refused to give a refund when I said I wasn't going to pay regardless of if their manufacturer takes the parts back. Not my problem. Have better relations with your vendors. Keep the part in stock for the next ** dishwasher.

Appliance Repair, *** ***** first came to my home to fix a microwave on May 2, 2023. They diagnosed the microwave and ordered parts. After ordering several incorrect parts/broken parts and numerous trips to my home, *** explained on June 28, 2023 (nearly two months later) that they could not fix the microwave. Although *** provided a refund for the faulty parts, they refused to refund the service fees collected. This decision demonstrates to me that *** is unaccountable for their failures or ineptitude. As such, I would never use *** again and would caution others from doing so.

Our warranty company hired *** to repair our dishwasher that wasn't running water to the upper rack. The very first thing the *** "technician" did was insinuate that the problem was caused by my girlfriend (who is a first generation immigrant) not operating the dishwasher properly. After she demonstrated that she was operating it properly and there was a mechanical issue, they said they needed to replace the machine's inlet valve. They charged $334 in total to replace the valve which did not fix the issue. We were charged a $150 deductible (which *** claims they charge for "walking in the door"), our warranty company was charged an additional $184 for work that didn't actually fix the problem, and our dishwasher still doesn't function properly. And don't even bother trying to call them to get your money back. You'll talk to a series of useless "customer experience" associates all of whom will do their best to gaslight you and try to avoid taking responsibility for their specialists' incompetence. They'll claim the last person you talked to is unavailable, or that their manager is unavailable, and then conclude every conversation by saying, "this is out of my hands, you'll have to talk to a manager." They won't return your calls or give you a time when you can call back. And when I finally talked a manager after weeks of attempts, he claimed this was how everyone does business and WE were the ones out of line for expecting anything different. This place is a scam. They overcharge for incorrect work and trying to get them to take responsibility for their own mistakes is impossible. They are equal parts incompetent and unprofessional. You would be better off incinerating your money than hiring them for an appliance repair job.
