  This place has horrible management. They are just about money and the whole upper management is friends so it's not about what is right it's about who they need more than the other. They preach client care but they do not set a good example for the techs and the more you try and tell them what should improve the more they ignore you. It's about who can make ********* the *** the most money not about who is doing the best at their job and who gives the clients the best care. This place need to be shut down because there main focus is to just get clients in and keep them for as long as they can and bill insurance. I worked there for 10 months an could not believe the things I seen. Someone needs to stand up and do the right thing.

  This treatment center has been the worsed experience I've gone through the place is run solely for the insurance money, the owners actions and negligence towards the patients and the living conditions there is black mold in the basement where the residents sleep, shower, get cleaned up his way of handling the issue is painting over it calling it a day d.h.s there has been numerous d.h.s reports filed, cutting corners is one thing but when it is putting ************** in danger it's another, as for the staff there are a handful of staff that are not just here for the pay check and go above and beyond there duty and are severely under paid specially for the hours they put in and the love they've shown me and my fellow brothers here thank you, you know who you are, when I came down here from up north I was told this was a good program boy was I miss informed, I got stuck with a counselor that has lied to me and about me not getting my assignments done and turned in but in the rule book it says have your peers and staff sign off on it which i did thank god for rules cause i have every assinment assigned accounted for in my treatment plan i signed , she dose not taken into account that I have responsibilitys beyond these walls, it took her 2 weeks to send in my paper work to my p.o to let her know i was here, im still waiting for her to fill out my g.a forms, so i can have the techs fax in, I had the techs put on her desk a week ago, I've learned more from the techs and the peer recovery specialist who has open the doors to serenity village, taken me to n.a meetings a.a meetings to build that sober fellowship if your really looking to sober up get your life back on track I don't suggest starting your journey here try ******* asso. Or riverplace really do your research don't make my mistake

  This company cares for employees and clients. *** worked here over 4 years and I love my job. This is a family owned company-providing substance use disorder treatment- residential-outpatient-sober living.
