Buried my car so a tow driver had to called to get it out from being boxed in..more damage to car then what it had before they got it..they rolled my windows down when they were originally rolled up..it rained for 2 days so seats were soaked!! Stole paperwork from my glove box including the owners manual for my car.. And a dispatcher came out to eaves drop to see if I was angry..i didn't give her the satisfaction. If I could give negative stars I would!!

All of our drivers are seasoned drivers, a wrecker will not cause damage to a vehicle by hooking it to the wheel lift to move it from a spot. All vehicles are located in a secure lot with surveillance. We do not go through vehicles. Police are the only ones that take inventory of what is in the vehicle. We leave all vehicles as is when they enter our lot. If the windows are down and the vehicle is not a totalled out vehicle we place crash wrap on all open windows.
