Garrett was great to work with.He did a lot of work to get an approval from my insurance company.After approved, he kept me informed on everything regarding my project and timelines.The crews did a very good job on all aspects of the job.I will recommend D Squared to anyone needing work done on their house.Bob R.

I wouldn't recommend your business to anyone. It took 10 months to get everything completed. We needed roof, storm door, interior door and the frame replaced due to it was rotten. I don't like the way they bill you for the project they send you one lump sum and not a break down of everything and the cost of each thing. Could have added extra stuff on my bill that I'm not even aware of. Not happy and Stephanie sent me a picture of the interior door i agreed and liked it was not given a price on the cost and i told her several times we don't use the front door and i don't need anything expensive or fancy. Well here i come to find out it was a $4,000.00 door for a plan basic simple door. More than i would have paid for a plan jane door. She did good for most part on communication but needs to be more professional at times and i sent her text messages about stuff sometimes shed reply fast and at times she reads them and don't reply back at all. Not the customer satisfaction customers should get when we are paying big bucks for a job to be done.DSquared Building

We are certainly sorry to hear your view of the experience with ********* and our company. I did reach out to you by phone today and was unsuccessful in connecting. We document all that we do here at our company through signatures and photos along with timestamped communcations. We have extensive documentation of your request that we do complete all of the repairs, many covered through your insurance policy. There were discontinued material procurement issues that contributed to the delay of your project, once you were able to decide on a different fascia style, it resolved the issue. The additional door replacement was your request to us through a signed change order. Due to the rot of the existing door in place there are labor and material costs that are unknown prior to the change order signing which was indicated to you through email and text messages. We are homeowners as well and realize that the rising cost of inflation and increased labor costs fall onto the consumer, thereby causing frustration as the expenses come in and the bills have to be paid.

Worst building contractor ever. Three townhouse units. Small insurance smoke out fire. Small units. They send out fancy trucks with overpaid supervisors and few workers. A non existent schedule. 9 1/2 months later only a roof . No exteriors done. 2 weeks no activity. They should have their license suspended.DSquared Building

**************, I have reviewed all of our client profiles and you aren't listed within our company as someone we have worked with on a property. If you are located within the association of the property in **********, we see how you could believe that it is the contractor that is delaying the project. However it is a very time consuming process for the association to work with the individuals that were actually affected by the fire, in addition to working with the insurance companies and utlimately down to us as contractor to complete timely trades. We will continue as we have to provide quality craftsmanship. We encourage you to speak to your association regarding the timeframe it has taken to get to where we are today.

5 starsWe decided to go with Stephanie at D-Squared to replace our roof after hail storms in our area. She was kind, helpful & knowledgeable about all of our 1,000 questions.
The construction crew was FAST & did a stellar job.
We now have a beautiful new roof/gutters & couldn’t be more grateful.
