      I registered for a Shine hockey camp on April 10th for the camp to be held August ***** at the ****************************** in ************, **. The fee of $650 was charged to my credit card. I was given the following information as a receipt when I registered online :Order: R675128034 | Date: 2022-04-12 *********** stated they would follow up with me at some point regarding hotels, player profiles, and other information regarding the camp, but I have received nothing. I have tried to contact the company in several ways. I have tried their webpage chat, which only states that they will get back to me in the chat or via email (I provided my email and cell phone number). I also tried to email them at the email provided on my original receipt. I have finally tried to contact them using two phone numbers (one provided on the original receipt)... both have been unsuccessful (one says the number is busy, and the other says the phone number is incorrect). The camp is one week away and I still have no information and I am beginning to believe they took my money and ran. The website still states there will be a camp but no other info is given: https://shinecec.com/ols/products/shine-mpls-august-*****-womens-college-exposure-camp I am hoping to get a refund for this camp since I have been unable to find out if the camp is even being held. I would like to contact the company first and foremost, but none of my efforts have been successful. I am trying to also contact the ****************************** to find out if they have any information but those efforts have been unsuccessful so far also (I have not received a return phone call from messages left at the school ice arena and athletic department).

      We registered for a hockey tournament which was advertised to be a tournament with college scouts present. The website said hotel information to come, which never came. We have had zero information sent about the tournament, what colleges will have scouts there, **********. We are one week out. People have tried reaching out. The website was no longer functional. Found out he got a new website, domain etc. There are posts about ***** the owner being a scam artist. I would like a full refund of my money from this owner. You cannot take someones money and not deliver on a product. I work, I have to plan when we would travel etc. We cannot be expected to drive 5 hours to go to a tournament that *** or *** not be taking place. Are there referees? Is it actually scouted? How many girls are registered? It seems this man is hiding. When there are posts asking if SHINE hockey is still in business and another one saying this person paid $900 for a camp that was never held, it seems that this organization needs to own up to taking peoples money and start refunding it.
