      At first, I was very happy with New Horizon AcademyI wouldve gladly given them 5 stars. My daughter and I had built what I thought was a strong relationship with the staff, especially Ms. ******* I even gave both Ms. ****** and ******************** gifts because I truly appreciated the care I thought they were providing. However, over time, I noticed concerning changes in my daughters behavior and communication, which led me to reassess our ************* 3-year-old daughter repeatedly said Ms. ****** would get mad at her and Ms. ****** would yell. These werent isolated commentsthey were consistent and specific. Its hard to believe a child that young would invent such detailed stories, especially when she initially liked her teachers.The most disturbing incident occurred on June 4. After speaking with ****** ****** and Lexi ******** that morning, I picked my daughter up and found f**** in her underwear. When I asked what happened, she said her teachers didnt wipe her. This is unacceptable and deeply unhygienic. No child should be left like that, and no parent should have to discover such neglect.Another serious concern was her speech. She began stuttering after starting daycaresomething she had never done beforeand it worsened over time. She also started putting her head down at pickup, a sign of anxiety and distress. These changes led me to believe something in the classroom was seriously wrong.When I brought up my concerns, I was told the teachers would be spoken to, but leadership quickly defended staff instead of offering real solutions. I was told theyd have a meeting, but no clear plan to support my daughter was shared. Later that day, her activity logs stopped appearing in the ProCare app, and I was told it was because I didnt clock her inanother deflection.I gave two weeks notice because I no longer trusted that my daughter was in a safe, supportive, or respectful environment. I would not recommend New Horizon Academy.
