Our two dogs have been at Dogz and Katz several times now. Carmen and her staff have cared for them as if they were their own family. We love watching the videos, and appreciate all of the little extras our dogs enjoy. It is a safe, loving environment for your pets! Highly recommend!

Wow. It's the best! Our dog and cat loved being there, and Carmen and her staff are so kind to pets and their people. We got daily pics/videos of them playing with the other pets, or just chilling with the staff. Each animal gets an adorable themed room with a window, cat tower for cats, toys - all the things they have and love at home, plus you can bring things that would make your pet comfortable. (You can see the rooms on their website and the pics and videos on their Instagram and Facebook sites.) They have rules and protocols to make sure the animals are safe and their food and belongings are kept separate, but not long nit-picky lists like I've seen at other boarders. We have found our pets' forever vacation home!

Awesome. I'm so glad they will both come back for a vacation!! Thank you for the wonderful review. We all love these animals and they make our day. I'm so glad you are happy with the services (I don't like long nit-picky lists either...upcharging for things that should just be expected). We will wait patiently for your next visit!

Dogz & Katz Luxury Pet Boarding is incredible. They were very accommodating for a last-minute reservation for my three cats over the Thanksgiving weekend, and they made sure to get them in the same room together. They posted daily with pictures/videos of them on their Instagram which helped me keep up with them. The place is super clean, and it's very clear that everyone there cares about the animals that are boarding with them. I will never go anywhere else, even though they are 40 minutes from my home. These guys are so worth the drive to make sure my cats have a comfortable stay with a team that will give them attention and love.

This facility is amazing. I have a high strung German Shepard and a Rescue Pit Bull that need special attention. They go out of their way to make sure my babies are well cared for and get the special attention they need. I highly recommend Dogz & Katz.

Our four month old rat terrier puppies had a great stay at Dogz and Katz. From the initial visit to tour the surroundings, the clear communication of what to expect during the drop off and their stay, the fantastic pictures/videos of their play time, the roominess of the play areas, it was a great experience. Carmen was very flexible and easy to work with. She was wonderful with our duo and we will definitely be back!. Thank you Carmen!

I literally drive an hour to bring my cats. It’s the only place that allows for enough space for them to play and stay in the same room together. The themed rooms are great. Carmen is flexible in terms of drop off/pick up time, and receiving pictures of their adventures while I’m gone is a nice touch. One of my cats is a bit skittish, so the fact that Carmen spent time getting him out of his shell, and to trust, just shows the care and concern she has for animals.

We have two dogs, a younger goldendoodle and a an older lab. The kennel is always so clean smelling and looks very well taken care of. I love that the dogs are boarded in an actual “suite” with a cute little window, not some big room with a bunch of chain linked dog cages. Carmen encourages us to make their room feel like home - with all of their favorite toys (and bedding, if we prefer) and to bring plenty of their preferred treats! Our dogs share a suite, which works out perfectly for us.
Outside, there’s plenty of fenced in space for the dogs to run and play. They probably get more time for play and exercise here than they do at home, all year around.
Our older dog has some anxiety issues related to being away from us/home, Carmen has patiently worked with us, our vet, and our dog to manage his anxiety successfully when in her care. When we pull into Carmen’s driveway, both of our dogs immediately become so very excited in the car because they know where they’re going. I fully trust Carmen with our boys and know that they’re in the best of hands while we’re out of town. We’ve used several other kennels in the area, and I wouldn’t bring my dogs back to any of them, but without a doubt, Dogz & Katz is our go-to time and time again.
I love that Carmen posts videos/photos of the dogs on social media and is always available by text/phone for me to check in while we’re gone. Our dogs come home absolutely exhausted after a week or weekend playing and having too much fun at Dogz & Katz, which is exactly what we want.
Carmen takes the safety of our dogs seriously and will not let them be out of the fenced area, even going to our vehicles, unless collared and leashed. She takes her job and business very seriously, and only wants the best for her customers and their furry family members.
Thanks, Carmen, you’re great, and our boys absolutely love you!

My dog was attacked twice by the same dog ate Dogz & Katz and the facility continued to allow them to play afterwards. I have record of a phone call with the owner stating there were two attacks. My dog was injured at Dogz & Katz and no one at the facility noticed or bothered to check him out after both attacks occurred. The facility also did not make me aware of any incident until after picking up my dog. When I called to make the facility aware of this, they were “in total shock” and offered to pay half of my vet bill which ended up being $1,900. I have record of this call as well. He was rushed to the emergency vet later in after collapsing. He had bites on his ear, mouth, face and top of his head. He also had a very large wound oh his neck that was infected and oozing. I emailed them photos of my dog’s injury as well as my vet bill and was ignored for 2 weeks. I decided to leave a google review to make other people aware of this situation after seeing the lack of concern from the facility where the owner finally found the time to respond by attacking my character saying I was personally attacking her, saying I am a malicious person with a vicious character. She then proceed to contradict everything that she told me on the phone. When my dog collapsed, he was unable to walk. We had to carry him to the car and he was brought in on a gurney. I laid on the emergency vet floor holding him crying for hours. Carmen, the owner of this facility, thinks I am a malicious person for sharing my negative experience at her facility on google. She did not even have the decency to respond and instead chose to ignore me hoping the problem would go away and only responding to my public review now to protect her business. Maybe you should’ve protected my dog? She also claimed I was telling people to give her google page bad reviews. This is untrue, if people I know hear about my experience and feel strongly enough to leave a review then they have every right to do so.

*equested vet records twice but not provided so contacted vet directly. Discussion with owner was if **** was actually bitten, I would deliberate further. Vet records showed no indication of dog bite. While under my care, **** was not attacked. He had minor scuffle with another dog over toy, behavior not uncommon in dog groups. These incidents do not require owner contact. After toy removal, dogs were placed together. No further altercations occurred. Toy aggression was discussed upon pick-up and that they played well remainder of time. Vet records show **** had hot spot and no injury from dog fight/bite. We did not see pus/oozing. Area may have been scratched/opened up after leaving. Hot spots are hard to notice until shaven. He left here happy, wagging tail, in good health. Vet record states probable soft tissue injury" (may be caused by overuse to muscles, tendons, ligaments) with zero mention of puncture wound/bite. **** was extremely active here during stay. I have video showing playtime. ***** commented on how she loved seeing him having a good time. After picking up, owner drove with dog from ********* to *******. Extreme activity, followed by hours of inactivity could cause intense stiffness in muscles/joints, thus, a likely cause of his "lameness." The owner's girlfriend posted review on ****** and another one on boyfriend's account, just to give additional negative review. She contacted friends/family members to leave 1-star reviews. She states, "if people I know hear about my experience and feel strongly enough to leave a review then they have every right to do so."
